# Byline label and the Page Quality panel disagree **What you are seeing** The byline says, for example, **2 warnings**, but the **Page Quality** panel lists fewer findings or none. --- ## Why it happens The byline and the panel now count the same way: the rules that are turned on, at their configured levels, one count per rule, leaving out dismissed findings. Both rescan a page that changed since its last scan. Two things can still make them differ: * **Stale content** and **Disallowed labels**. The panel opened from the byline does not check these two rules and lists them under **Passing**, while the byline counts them. This is a known problem. * **A dismissal or rule change since the page loaded.** The byline label is worked out when the page loads, so it catches up when you reload. --- ## What to do 1. Reload the page. 2. If they still differ, check the page in the **Quality** panel in Capable Search, which checks every rule, or open the **Stale content** or **Disallowed labels** list in Capable Quality. 3. Select **Rescan** in the panel if you edited the page a moment ago. --- ## Related ### [Quality page byline item](https://help.gocapable.com/quality/quality-page-byline-item.html) What the byline counts. ### [Stale content and Disallowed labels always show as passing](https://help.gocapable.com/quality/stale-content-and-disallowed-labels-always-show-as-passing-in-the-page-quality-panel-opened-from-the.html) The panel side of this. ### [Everything else](https://help.gocapable.com/quality/everything-else.html) Related problems. --- _Found it?
