* Bulk publishing by status runs on the server for large spaces, with accurate counts and progress.
* Published pages keep their hierarchy and move into place automatically when their parent pages are published later.
* Bulk selection and publish-all now cover every result, lifting the 1,000-item cap and handling up to 10,000 items.
* The Publishing byline on pages has a shorter, consistent label.
