# Publish only approved Confluence pages to another space

To publish only approved Confluence pages, open the space's Publishing page, select **Space settings**, open the **Maintenance** tab and select **Publish approved**, then confirm. Every page whose approval is currently Approved is published. Pages with no approval, or a pending or rejected one, are skipped, and folders are created only as needed.

| Space administrator of the source and target spaces | A bulk run checks both.        |

## Steps

1. Open the space and select **Capable Publishing** in the sidebar (in the Suite, **Capable**, then **Publishing**). Under Manage, select **Space settings**.
2. Select the **Maintenance** tab.
3. Under **Publish approved pages**, select **Publish approved**.
4. In **Publish Approved Pages**, select **Publish Approved**.
5. Watch the progress on the **Dashboard** and check **Audit log** when it finishes.

## What happens next

Every approved page in the space is included, however many there are.
