Anonymous readers see nothing from Publishing, or just a "Powered by Capable" panel.

## Why it happens

The Publishing byline requires the viewer to be signed in. In the standalone Publishing app the space and global pages do open for anonymous and unlicensed viewers, but they deliberately show a marketing notice rather than any publishing data. Settings screens are hidden from anonymous visitors entirely.

## What to do

This is intended. Publishing data and controls are for signed-in, licensed users only. Anonymous readers can of course still read the published pages themselves in the target space, subject to that space's permissions.
