"This file does not look like a PDF."

## Why it happens

The address returned something that is not a PDF (an HTML login or error page is the usual culprit), or an attachment was selected whose contents are not really a PDF.

## What to do

Open the address directly and confirm it downloads a PDF rather than a web page. If it is an attachment, re-upload the correct file. Note the attachment picker also lists files with a generic or missing type, so a mis-typed non-PDF can be selected by mistake.
