The macro is in Scroller layout, which always renders every page from the top and has no page navigation.

## A few things that catch people out

* Password-protected PDFs are not supported and there is no password prompt.
* The standalone app has no Egress tab at all; linked PDFs there always go through the proxy.
* The standalone app's PDF Gallery admin page contains only the Introduction panel. There are no PDF settings anywhere in the admin area.
