# "Switch team" appears to do nothing - the same team is still connected

**What you are seeing**

"Switch team" appears to do nothing - the same team is still connected.

## Why it happens

If you still have a Miro browser session, Miro re-approves the current team without showing the team chooser.

## What to do

Sign out of Miro in your browser (or use a private window), then run Switch team again. After 60 seconds of no change, the app tells you this rather than pretending it worked.

## Settings involved

| Switch team                      | \-        | Re-runs the authorisation and replaces the stored connection, because a Miro token belongs to exactly one Miro team. The app watches for the team to change for up to 60 seconds. |
