# Sort control disappeared when I searched for a board

The sort control disappeared when I searched for a board.

## Why it happens

Miro ignores sorting whenever a search query is present, so the control is hidden rather than left there doing nothing.

## What to do

Clear the search box to sort again. Search results come back in Miro's own relevance order.
