# People with access

A read-only roster of board members: name and role only. No invites, no role changes, no email addresses, no avatars.

## Worth knowing

* "People with access" can never show email addresses or avatars, on any Miro plan, and roles are informational only. Miro does not return member emails to apps, and the invite and role-change features were removed along with the Confluence email-address permission.
* A card's share badge reports the widest of link, team and organisation access - not the headline setting alone. On Miro Free, team access defaults to edit, so a board that reads "private" may in fact be editable by the whole team, and the badge says so. If Miro reports no policy the badge says "Sharing unknown" rather than guessing.
