# "Miro status unavailable" or "Could not check your Miro connection" - and no Connect button **What you are seeing** "Miro status unavailable" or "Could not check your Miro connection" - and no Connect button. --- ## Why it happens The connection check itself failed (network or service problem). The app deliberately will not claim you are disconnected unless it knows you are. --- ## What to do Retry in a moment.
