# "Miro refused this request" or "That board no longer exists"

**What you are seeing**

"Miro refused this request" or "That board no longer exists".

## Why it happens

Miro answered 403 (your Miro account is not allowed to see it) or 404 (the board was deleted or moved).

## What to do

Check the board still exists and that your connected Miro account can open it. If the board moved to a different team, switch to that team.
