# Miro for Confluence FAQ

### Do I need to connect Miro to embed a board?

No. Paste the board's link and it embeds. Connecting adds the board picker, board names and a view of who can open each board. See [Embed a Miro board in Confluence](https://help.gocapable.com/miro/embed-a-miro-board-in-confluence.html).

### Why do readers see a Miro sign-in screen instead of the board?

Miro's sharing does not include them. Share the board with them, or by link, in Miro. See [Check who can open an embedded Miro board](https://help.gocapable.com/miro/check-who-can-open-an-embedded-miro-board.html).

### Can logged-out or unlicensed readers see an embedded board?

Yes, if Miro's sharing allows it. They do not get the board name, the sharing details or the space's Miro page. See [this troubleshooting page](https://help.gocapable.com/miro/logged-out-or-unlicensed-readers-see-the-board-but-no-board-name-sharing-or-gallery.html).

### Can I connect more than one Miro team?

No. Each person has one Miro connection. Use **Switch team** to change it. See [Switch Miro team in Confluence](https://help.gocapable.com/miro/switch-miro-team-in-confluence.html).

### Why does the board not react until I click it?

The first click activates the board, so scrolling the Confluence page is not captured by it. See [Click to interact](https://help.gocapable.com/miro/click-to-interact.html).

### Can I change who can access a board from Confluence?

No. Sharing is shown read-only; you change it in Miro. See [this troubleshooting page](https://help.gocapable.com/miro/there-is-no-way-to-change-board-sharing-or-invite-people-from-inside-confluence.html).

### Why is a board I just created missing from the picker?

Miro takes a few seconds to index new boards. Wait and search again, or paste its link. See [this troubleshooting page](https://help.gocapable.com/miro/board-i-just-created-in-miro-does-not-show-in-the-picker.html).

### Can I show a board as slides?

Yes. Set **Display mode** to **Frame slideshow**; the board needs frames. See [Show a Miro board as a presentation in Confluence](https://help.gocapable.com/miro/show-a-miro-board-as-a-presentation-in-confluence.html).

### Does the board appear in PDF or Word exports and published sites?

### What does "Miro is rate limiting us. Try again in a minute." mean?

Miro has briefly limited requests from the app. Wait a minute and try again. See [this troubleshooting page](https://help.gocapable.com/miro/miro-is-rate-limiting-us-try-again-in-a-minute.html).

### Is Miro part of the Capable Suite?
