# The Unsupported count is enormous

**What you are seeing**

The Unsupported count is enormous and looks like a disaster.

## Why it happens

Unsupported counts more than "we cannot convert this". It also counts every case where a selected migrator had nothing to do on a page. The search that finds work is deliberately wider than the conversion itself, so a wide run reads many pages it does not need to change.

## What to do

Open the grouped issue list from the Unsupported card. Groups whose hint says the migrator had nothing to run are do-nothing cases, not data problems. The per-migrator overview and the "N of M pages had nothing to do" banner tell the same story.
