# Rollback will not start: log not usable, or site mismatch

**What you are seeing**

Rollback refuses to start with "Log not usable for rollback" or "Site mismatch".

## Why it happens

Either the log is missing the run start, run finish or page results it needs, or the log was produced on a different Confluence site.

## What to do

Use the log downloaded from that exact run on that exact site. There is no way to rebuild a lost log; those pages have to be restored one at a time from Confluence page history.
