# Rollback skipped a page and gave a reason I do not recognise

**What you are seeing**

Rollback shows a page as "Skip: noMigrationVersion", "Skip: nothingBefore" or "Skip: alreadyRolledBack".

## Why it happens

These are internal reason codes shown as-is. They mean, in order: the run never actually changed this page; the migration was the page's very first version so there is nothing earlier to restore; and this page has already been rolled back.

## What to do

All three are safe to leave. The first is common and explains why the skip count on a big log is large, rollback examines every page in the log, including ones the run only read.
