# Migrated diagrams are the wrong size

**What you are seeing**

Migrated diagrams are scaling to the column when I wanted them to keep their original draw.io size (or the other way round).

## Why it happens

The layout was set at migration time by the classic draw.io layout option, which defaults to off. Migrations run before that option existed all landed on Auto.

## What to do

Open Repair, choose Repair diagram layout, pick the target layout first, add pages from a log or by ID, scan, set one page and check it, then bulk apply. There is no preview on this tool.

ℹ️

There is a tool for this: **Repair diagram layout**. It fixes the affected pages forward without re-running the migration.
