# Is my app supported?

Support is per macro, not per app. Most apps have some macros that convert cleanly and some that are detected and reported without being changed.

That is deliberate. A macro we cannot convert faithfully is better left alone and counted than half-migrated.

## Converted, or reported only

| **Reported only** | The macro is found and counted so you can see how much of it you have. It is left exactly as it is. |

**Missing an app?** There is a "Request it here" button on the Select apps step. We add migrators for real customer estates, and it goes straight to the team.

## A few things that catch people out

* Some migrators are hidden depending on which Capable app you opened. Standalone-to-Suite migrators only appear inside the Capable Suite, and Search migrators only inside Search or the Suite.
* A macro showing zero pages is usually a search filter problem rather than an absence.
* Reported-only is not a failure. It is an honest count of what will still need doing by hand.
