# Catalogue thumbnails for migrated diagrams are blank

**What you are seeing**

Catalogue thumbnails for migrated diagrams have gone blank.

## Why it happens

Until Capable generates its own thumbnail, a migrated diagram points at the old vendor preview image on the original page. Deleting those preview files, or the pages holding them, breaks the thumbnail and some exports.

## What to do

Do not clean up old draw.io preview attachments immediately after migrating. Leave them in place until you have confirmed thumbnails have regenerated.
