# A failure has no hint and I do not recognise it

**What you are seeing**

A failure looks unfamiliar and there is no hint.

## Why it happens

Capable recognises a fixed set of common failure causes by their wording. Anything it does not recognise is badged "Unexpected".

## What to do

Use the "Debug bundle" button next to that group to build a ZIP for support, then the "Contact our service desk" button beside it. Remember the bundle is capped at 25 pages and includes full page bodies, so treat it as page content. If you build a bundle from an old saved log, it fetches the pages as they are today, not as they were during the run.
