Saving a macro fails with 'Unable to save changes as the loaded markdown is not associated with the current page'.

## Why it happens

The stored document belongs to a different page than the one you are editing. Typically after copying a page that carries the macro, before the copy is reconciled.

Reconfigure the macro on the copied page and save the content afresh, so a new document is created under this page.
