# Visio file will not import

A Visio file will not import.

## Why it happens

Only .vsdx and .vssx are accepted. Legacy .vsd, .vdx, .vss and .vsx are rejected with a message.

## What to do

Open the file in Visio 2013 or later and re-save it as .vsdx, then import again.
