There is no way to download or export a diagram from the app, and diagrams do not appear in issue exports or printouts.

## Why it happens

No download or export control is rendered anywhere in the Jira UI, and Jira's own issue export and print do not render app panels.

## What to do

Download the diagram from the issue's normal Attachments field. Diagrams are stored as ordinary Jira attachments, so they export with the issue's attachments. Note the released help catalogue still advertises a "How to download diagrams" article that does not match this app.
