A newly added Capable Diagram gadget already shows a flowchart I did not create.

## Why it happens

The gadget's stored configuration defaults to a sample Mermaid flowchart, so a blank gadget state never appears.

## What to do

Open the gadget's Edit view and replace the sample source with your own diagram, then Save.
