# Diagrams page under Apps is empty, or is missing diagrams that definitely exist on issues

**What you are seeing**

The Diagrams page under Apps is empty, or is missing diagrams that definitely exist on issues.

## Why it happens

The browse page finds diagrams through a search index that is only written when a diagram attachment is added or deleted while the app is installed and licensed. Diagrams that were attached to issues before the app was installed were never indexed, and there is no backfill job.

## What to do

Open an affected issue and add or delete any diagram on it. That re-indexes the issue and it will then appear. The issue panel and the Diagrams context panel are unaffected: they read the live attachment list, so use those to confirm a diagram is really there.
