If you cannot edit attachments on that issue, the panel is read-only. | | View a diagram full screen | Issue → Diagram panel → select a tab → View | There is no download button; to get the file, use the issue's Attachments field. | | Edit an existing diagram | Issue → Diagram panel → select a tab → Edit | Saving replaces the attachment rather than versioning it, so the entry's author becomes you and the created date becomes now. The issue's attachment history shows a delete plus an add. | | Delete a diagram | Issue → Diagram panel → the delete affordanc | This deletes the underlying Jira attachment. | | Reorder the diagram tabs on an issue | Issue → Diagram panel → sort button in the t | The choice is saved per issue, so everyone viewing that issue sees the same order. | | Browse every diagram on the site | Jira top nav → Apps → Capable Diagrams | Diagrams attached before the app was installed will not be listed until someone adds or deletes a diagram attachment on that issue. Nothing is listed at all while the site is unlicensed. | | Find issues that have diagrams using JQL | Jira issue search | The 6-character prefix is specific to your installed app and environment. Read it from the JQL field autocomplete rather than copying it from documentation. Saved filters and boards written | | Put a diagram on a dashboard | Dashboard → Add gadget → "Capable Diagram" → | Gadget diagrams are stored in the gadget, not on an issue. The gadget has no refresh control. Reload the dashboard to pick up changes. Title and description are stored but cannot be set or s | | Import a Visio drawing | Any Add or Change type picker → "Visio impor | Legacy .vsd, .vdx, .vss and .vsx must be re-saved as .vsdx in Visio 2013 or later first. | | Check the licence state when a banner replaces the app | Any Capable Diagrams surface → the "License | A fresh install can take a few minutes for the licence to become active.
