# Image reference

Pins one image from the Capable Images library onto the page and always shows its latest version. Replacing the file in the library updates every page that references it.

Alignment is chosen from the toolbar beneath the macro, alongside the edit, copy and delete controls.

## Updating the source image

Click on the image in the library and click ‘Upload’ to replace it with a new version.

All pages that reference this image will reflect the change immediately.

Upload on an image's detail screen replaces the file, which is how one upload refreshes every page that references it.
