# Something is missing or looks wrong

Start from what you are seeing rather than from what you think is broken. Each page below names the symptom, explains why it happens, and says what to do about it.

Several of these are the product working as designed, which is worth knowing before anybody raises a ticket.

| Users and Sessions numbers from search, comment and page-edit events look wrong or far too low | All server-sent events deliberately share one Google client identity across every user and every site, for continuity with the older Connect app, and logged-out actors are folded into a sing |
| Raw and Searches tabs are missing from the reports                                             | "Show sensitive data panels" is off, which is the default. It is enforced on the server, so even a direct request returns no rows.                                                             |
| Some report filters (surface, account type, guest) are missing or greyed out                   | The optional custom dimensions those filters depend on have not been created in your GA4 property.                                                                                             |
| App's pages are missing from Confluence navigation                                             | "Hide Google Analytics pages in Confluence" is on.                                                                                                                                             |
