# Refined or Scroll Viewport pages report nothing after pasting the snippet

Refined or Scroll Viewport pages report nothing after pasting the snippet.

## Why it happens

Usually the other product's content security policy is blocking the lookup request, or the snippet was pasted in the wrong place.

## What to do

Allow client.api.app in that product's content security policy. Check the placement: Refined needs it at the end of BODY under Activate Custom HTML; Scroll Viewport needs the JavaScript variant under Templates > Custom JavaScript.
