# Responded by / Responded at stamp

Every form on the page is stamped with the account that last saved values and when. The stamp is applied per page-sync, not per field, so all forms on the page carry the same last-saver.

## Worth knowing

* A form is a single stored record on the page, not a submission log. A second person overwrites the first, and "Responded by" shows only the newest saver.
* The "Responded by" / "Responded at" stamp is applied to every form on the page at once, from the acting account - it is not per field or per form.
