# Requesting information

You can create surveys or structured forms that are specifically designed for collecting detailed information from users. For example, you might create a form dedicated to the process of creating a new space in Confluence.

This form can be used to request certain important information from the users, such as what the purpose of the space is, how it should be organised, and any other relevant setup details that need to be specified.

You can then use the [Form](https://help.gocapable.com/forms/form-macro.html) container macro to make these results [browsable](https://help.gocapable.com/forms/browse-responses.html) in a table from the main interface. This allows you to view all the data collated together in one convenient place.

Additionally, you have the option to export the data to CSV or Excel formats for further analysis or reporting purposes.
