# Page byline item

A "Forms" entry in the page byline lists the forms on the current page and drills into a Responses list of field labels and their saved values, with a "View all pages" link into the catalogue. The byline entry itself shows a count: "1 form" / "N forms", or nothing when the page carries none. Shown to anyone signed in with VIEW permission on the page.

## Worth knowing

* Anyone who can VIEW a page can read every answer on it, through the page, the byline panel and the search panel. Read access to responses cannot be restricted separately from read access to the page.
* In the standalone Forms app the byline item appears ONLY where a Space Admin has set Forms to "Always" - there is no auto branch, unlike every other standalone capability.
* The global Capabilities hide/show tab is unreachable in the standalone Forms app, even though its byline still honours the setting.
