# CSV export

Downloads form-<formId>-responses.csv with headers Page, Space, Page modified, Responded by, Responded at, then "Label (fieldId)" per field. User accountIds are resolved to display names first. Cells beginning =, +, -, @, tab or carriage return are prefixed with an apostrophe so a spreadsheet renders them as text rather than a formula.

## Worth knowing

* CSV export is capped at 5,000 pages with no truncation warning, and always searches the whole site even when the form was opened inside a space.
* Property-based CQL search only works once Confluence has indexed the property, so a form saved seconds ago can be missing from the catalogue drill-down and the export while the page itself shows the answers.
