The global page that hosts the Forms catalogue. Reachable by unlicensed and anonymous visitors, who get the static Capable visitor notice instead of the catalogue.

## Worth knowing

* The global Capabilities hide/show tab is unreachable in the standalone Forms app, even though its byline still honours the setting.
* In the Suite on Standard without the confluence.forms flag, Forms is effectively invisible: the nav item is replaced by an upgrade promo, the search panel is filtered out, and every type except single-line text refuses to render standalone.
