# Catalogue's "Responses" number does not match how many people have replied

**What you are seeing**

The catalogue's "Responses" number does not match how many people have replied.

Each row counts what the registry has recorded against the Form ID, alongside when the form was last seen.

## Why it happens

That column counts PAGES carrying the form, not submissions. It counts a page even when no field on it was ever filled in.

Read it as reach, not response rate. For actual answers, open the form and read the rows, or export to CSV.
