1. Click on Apps and choose Capable

2. Click on Approval

3. Welcome to the Capable dashboard

There are three panels in the dashboard, each with a purpose explained below.

3.1. Assigned to you panel

This panel shows pages that require your response (someone requested your approval).

3.2. Requested by you panel

This panel shows pages you requested approval from other users on.

3.3. Expired/expiring soon panel

These are pages that have expired or will expire soon.

Responding to a request

Clicking on an item in the list will open the page, where you can view the contents and respond with comments, approve or reject the request.

Ensure that you have notifications enabled

If you don't want to have to come to the approval dashboard to determine if you have any pending tasks, then you should subscribe to Slack or Email notifications.
