Using the Dashboard

The Dashboard serves as the home page for your user experience, offering a comprehensive overview and easy access to all the features and support you need.

How do I open Capable?
Click on Apps and then on the Capable - this will open the Capable dashboard.
What Dashboard Gadgets are there?
Getting Started Panel
Use the 'Getting Started' panel to see a list of tutorials on how to make the most of the App. You can scroll left/right to see the most recent help articles.
Integrations panel
Use the 'Integrations' panel to set up Email and Slack Notifications.
Assigned to you panel
Keep track of the approvals that have been assigned to you from the dashboard.
Use the 'Assigned to you' panel to see any pending tasks that you need to complete - for example approval requests that others have requested from you:
View all the approvals that have been assigned to you
See if the corresponding approval has been approved, pending or rejected
View how long ago the approval page was last updated
See the creator of the approval
Whether you’re managing multiple approvals, tracking your responsibilities, or simply staying on top of your workload, the Assigned to You Dashboard Panel makes it straightforward and organized.
Calendar panel
The Calendar panel shows upcoming events/dates from pages you have recently viewed - great. for getting a summary of important deadlines or meeting note follow-ups.
Capabilities panel
See a list of all available capabilities (features) that are available to you. Click on the ? symbol to view the documentation for the feature.
Macro showcase panel
The Macro showcase panel shows a list of all macros available to you as part of the Capable suite.
Changing data scope
You can change the information displayed by clicking on the Scope menu and changing the current context.
