Release Schedule
To ensure stability, transparency, and early feedback from our customers, Capable follows a three-stage release process for all product updates.
Stage 1: Beta Programme (Invite Only)
Our beta programme allows large customers to preview upcoming features and fixes before they’re released more broadly.
Participation is invite-only and intended for customers who want early access and can provide feedback.
The beta app runs in a separate environment, not connected to your production data.
This environment is designed for feature testing only - it is not production-compatible.
Stage 2: Major Release
When a new version of the app is ready, we publish a major release that includes new features, improvements, and bug fixes.
This version is immediately available to new customers.
Existing customers can choose when to upgrade within their admin settings.
We recommend using your sandbox environment to perform any User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with real production data before upgrading your live system.
Stage 3: Automatic Upgrade
After 4 weeks, if no special arrangement has been made with Capable, all customers will be automatically upgraded to the latest version.
This ensures all environments remain secure and aligned with the latest platform improvements.
Security Patches and Support Policy
Security patches are applied to the latest version and the previous version only.
Any versions older than that are unsupported, and customers on those versions will not receive support or patches
