Built-in searches

Capable Search comes with a number of built-in search presets for commonly used features. The built-in searches available will depend on what product you have installed.

Built-in searches:

• Your approvals APPROVAL

  • Find pages with approvals that you have requested

• Pending approvals APPROVAL

  • Find pages that are in the pending approval status

• Pages with macros MACROS

  • Find pages with any Capable macros on them

• Pages with diagrams DIAGRAMS

  • Find pages with any Capable diagrams on them

• Pages with markdown MARKDOWN

  • Find pages with any Capable markdown on them.
