Capable approval makes it easy to export your data for auditing purposes by utilizing our batch export feature. This feature allows you to export up to 5,000 pages of approval data at one time, streamlining the process and ensuring that you have all the necessary information at your fingertips.
To access this feature, navigate to the ‘Search’ tab within the approval interface. Here, you will find options that facilitate the export process, making it user-friendly and efficient.
Step-by-Step Guide to Exporting Approval Data
Access the Approval Interface:
Log in to your account and navigate to the approval interface.
Locate the ‘Search’ tab, which is typically positioned at the top of the interface.

Select Your Criteria:
Within the ‘Search’ tab, you will have the option to filter your approval data based on various criteria such as date range, status, and specific approvers.
Adjust these filters according to the data you need for your audit.

Initiate the Export:
