Pages will always require re-approval following a page update.

Options:

  1. On page update (default): This option triggers a requirement for re-approval whenever the page content is updated. It ensures that any changes are reviewed and approved, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the information.

  2. A month after Approval: Selecting this will set the approval to expire one month from the date it was last approved. This is useful for content that requires frequent verification or updates.

  3. 3 months after Approval: Similar to the previous option, but with a quarterly interval. This is suitable for documents that need to be reviewed on a seasonal basis.

  4. 6 months after Approval: This sets the expiration for six months after the last approval, ideal for content that needs semi-annual review to ensure it remains relevant and accurate.

  5. A year after Approval: Use this for annual review cycles, which is common for many compliance and policy documents that require less frequent updates.

  6. On exact date: This option allows you to specify a particular date on which the approval will expire. It’s particularly useful for documents that align with specific compliance dates or project milestones.

4. Click on Save and Update Approval
