# Subscribe button is missing from a calendar

**What you are seeing**

The Subscribe button is missing from a calendar.

## Why it happens

It is hidden for signed-out readers, for calendars that are not saved calendars, and when an admin has turned the site-wide "Calendar subscriptions" feature off.

## What to do

Sign in, confirm you are on a saved calendar rather than a page-derived one, and ask an administrator to check Confluence settings → Capable → Features.

When it is available, the control is the share button in the calendar toolbar, to the left of the overflow and settings buttons.
