# See all your Confluence calendars in one place To see all your Confluence calendars in one place, open **My calendar** in Capable Calendar, select the sliders button to open **Manage calendars**, tick up to five global or space calendars and select **Save**. Events you are added to as a user always show, and a coloured chip for each calendar turns it on or off. --- ## Before you start * My calendar is personal. What you pick there changes nothing for anyone else. * You can combine up to five calendars. --- ## Steps 1. Open **Capable Calendar** from the space sidebar or the **Apps** menu. In the suite, open Capable and choose Calendar. Select **My calendar** in the sidebar. 2. Select the sliders button at the right of the filter bar. **Manage calendars** opens. 3. Tick calendars under **Global calendars** and **This space's calendars**, up to five in total. 4. Select **Save**. 5. Click a calendar's coloured chip in the filter bar to hide or show its events. --- ## A few things that catch people out * Events where you are listed on the **Users** tab always show, so there is no toggle for them. * A calendar you can no longer open stays hidden until you remove it in **Manage calendars**. * My calendar has no subscribe link of its own. Subscribe to each calendar separately. --- ## Related ### [My Calendar](https://help.gocapable.com/calendar/my-calendar.html) How the combined view works. ### [Built-in calendars](https://help.gocapable.com/calendar/built-in-calendars.html) Recently viewed and Mentions. ### [Limits](https://help.gocapable.com/calendar/limits.html) The five-calendar cap and others. ### [Viewing and sharing Confluence calendars](https://help.gocapable.com/calendar/viewing-and-sharing-confluence-calendars.html) More guides. --- _Your week, from every calendar you care about._
