An Event macro pill shows a time that looks shifted by the timezone offset (for example 14:00 rendering as 09:00), while the date is right.

## Why it happens

A known bug in date-range formatting: when a timezone is supplied the time is converted twice.

Cross-check against the event's configuration, and report the affected macro. The date component is unaffected.
