# Using the Inbox

The inbox allows you to view the most relevant pages for you:

* Waiting for you - these are approvals that you need to respond to.

  * You can drag and drop a page onto the ‘Approved’ or ‘Rejected’ column to respond.
* Approved - approvals you requested and have been approved.
* Rejected - approvals you requested and have been rejected.
