# Using Approval Teams

When you add an approval to a page, instead of choosing individuals one-by-one, you’ll see a list of available **teams**. Just select one.

Everything—the members, quorum, expiration, and publish behavior - is pulled in automatically from the team’s configuration. It’s truly one-click setup for complex approvals.
